Two of DC’s most respected musical leaders Scott Tucker and Nolan Williams, Jr. have joined forces to present The Washington Douglass Chorale.  They chatted about its inception, future plans, auditions and what they hope the ensemble will bring to the musical fabric of our Nation’s Capital.
